• Your website launched prior to January 1, 2001
• Your website is for an FCC Licensed Television Station
• Your website is for a Broadcast, Cable or Satellite Television Network
• Your website aggregates audio or audiovisual streams from two (2) or more websites or other sources,
• You provide proprietary content and/or services to third party web sites (e.g. subscriptions, branded players, streamed audio/video, music samples, downloads, etc.)
